Grand Lake Mental Health Center, now operating as GRAND Mental Health, is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving Bartlesville and communities across 13 counties in northeast and north central Oklahoma. Founded in 1979, they provide mental health and substance use care for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Their care is trauma-informed and built around the whole person, pairing addiction treatment with primary health care, housing and employment support, and other practical help. Their addiction continuum runs from a 24/7 walk-in Urgent Recovery Center and medically supervised detox to residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care, and sober living.

Residential treatment takes place at the 200-bed GRAND Addiction Recovery Center on their Tulsa campus, where 30- to 60-day stays address substance use and co-occurring disorders through individual, group, and educational counseling on topics such as grief, anger management, coping skills, and relapse prevention. Outpatient programs schedule day and evening sessions around work and childcare, and graduates can move into Bryce House, a certified Level 3 recovery residence. Specialized services include medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependency, a dedicated methamphetamine program centered on group counseling, gambling addiction treatment, and certified peer recovery support. They also run street outreach with Narcan, fentanyl test strips, and HIV/HCV testing, along with 24/7 virtual relapse prevention support after discharge and a client app for appointments, medication tracking, and mood monitoring.
