About Eugenia Center

Eugenia Center, also known as Eugenia Behavioral Health Center, is a community behavioral health provider with an office in Mossyrock, Washington, and additional locations in Chehalis and Aberdeen. They treat both substance use and mental health concerns for youth, adolescents, and adults, with a person-centered approach that builds care around each client’s own goals and recognizes that there are many pathways to recovery. Their substance use care begins with an assessment and an individualized treatment plan, and it is delivered through standard outpatient treatment or intensive outpatient services for people who need more frequent support while living at home.

Addiction treatment combines individual and group counseling with education on substance use, peer and recovery support, and case management that links clients to community resources. They also provide DUI assessments and Alcohol and Drug Information School for people with court or licensing requirements. Because mental health is part of their work, they can address co-occurring conditions together and offer medication management, family counseling, and telehealth for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. They accept Amerigroup, Coordinated Care, Molina, UnitedHealthcare, most private insurance plans, and self-pay, and staff can help uninsured clients look into free or low-cost coverage.
