About EOSIS
EOSIS in Stillwater, Minnesota, is one of several residential addiction treatment centers run by EOSIS, a Minnesota provider focused on helping people and their families recover from substance use and related mental health conditions. Their residential programs are licensed for co-occurring disorders, so addiction and mental health concerns are treated together under one plan. EOSIS offers high-intensity residential care with round-the-clock support, as well as a lower-intensity residential option with about 10 hours of treatment each week. Elsewhere in their network, they also provide medically monitored detox at their Gateway facilities, in-person outpatient care, and a virtual intensive outpatient program for Minnesota residents.
Each person’s plan is built by a multidisciplinary team, with licensed mental health professionals working alongside an addiction counselor. Care includes individual and group therapy, ongoing assessments, case management, and social activities, and medication-assisted treatment is available throughout their programs to ease withdrawal and cravings. EOSIS has specialized experience with co-occurring disorders, professionals, relapse prevention, justice-involved clients, and LGBTQ+ individuals, along with family, educational, and alumni services. They are CARF accredited and in-network with most major insurance plans, and they also work with public funding.
