About EOSIS
EOSIS is a licensed co-occurring addiction and mental health treatment provider with a residential program in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, part of a statewide network of centers. They work with people facing substance use disorders alongside conditions like depression or anxiety, addressing both within one coordinated treatment plan. Their continuum includes medically monitored detox at their Gateway facilities, residential care, and outpatient services. They are CARF accredited, in-network with most insurance plans, and also work with public funding.
Residential care comes in two intensities: a high-intensity option with 24/7 support and integrated planning by multiple licensed clinicians, and a low-intensity option offering roughly 10 hours of services per week. Residents receive individual and group therapy, case management, ongoing assessments, and medication-assisted treatment to ease withdrawal and cravings, with mental health professionals collaborating directly with each person’s addiction counselor. EOSIS has specialized focus areas for professionals, justice-involved individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and those working on relapse prevention, along with family, educational, and alumni services. For continued care after residential treatment, Minnesota residents can step down to a virtual intensive outpatient program that meets Monday through Thursday mornings, or to in-person outpatient treatment at other EOSIS locations.
