About EOSIS
EOSIS in Pine City, Minnesota, is one of several residential addiction treatment centers that EOSIS operates across the state, serving adults working to recover from substance use and related mental health conditions. Their residential programs are licensed as co-occurring, so substance use and mental health concerns are addressed together within a single treatment plan. The network offers both high-intensity residential care with round-the-clock support and a lower-intensity residential option of about 10 hours of services per week. Medication-assisted treatment is available across their programs to ease withdrawal and cravings.
Each resident’s care begins with an individualized plan built by a multidisciplinary team, with licensed mental health professionals working alongside addiction counselors. Day-to-day treatment combines individual therapy, group therapy, case management, ongoing assessments, and structured social activities. EOSIS also offers tailored tracks for people with co-occurring disorders, working professionals, those focused on relapse prevention, justice-involved individuals, and LGBTQ+ clients. For continuing care, Minnesota residents can step down to EOSIS outpatient centers or a virtual intensive outpatient program that meets Monday through Thursday mornings, and the organization is CARF accredited, in-network with most insurers, and accepts public funding.
