About EOSIS
EOSIS is a Minnesota network of addiction and mental health treatment centers, and their St. Paul location is one of several residential programs they run across the state. Their residential facilities are licensed for co-occurring care, so substance use and mental health conditions are addressed together in one treatment plan, with mental health professionals and addiction counselors working side by side. Across the network, EOSIS offers medically monitored detox through their Gateway facilities, high- and low-intensity residential treatment, and outpatient care. They are CARF accredited and work with most insurance plans, including public funding.
High-intensity residential care provides 24/7 support along with individual and group therapy, case management, ongoing assessments, social activities, and a personalized treatment plan. Low-intensity residential delivers similar services at a lighter pace, typically around 10 hours a week. Medication-assisted treatment is available in every program to ease withdrawal and cravings, and they offer specialized tracks for professionals, justice-involved individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and people focused on relapse prevention. For continued care after residential treatment, Minnesota residents can join a virtual intensive outpatient program that meets Monday through Thursday mornings.
