Center Point DAAC, formerly known as the Drug Abuse Alternatives Center, is a Santa Rosa, California, substance use treatment provider that has served Sonoma County for more than 50 years. They offer care at no cost to eligible residents covered by Partnership Health Plan (Medi-Cal), also accept Medicare, and have private-pay rates for some programs, though they don’t take private insurance. Their levels of care include detox, residential treatment lasting anywhere from 30 to 270 days, standard outpatient, intensive outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment, including methadone maintenance. They work with adults, teens, pregnant and parenting women, and families, and every service is available in Spanish.

Their adult IOP runs three days a week, with three-hour group sessions and a weekly individual session, and offers both daytime and evening schedules for people keeping up with work or school. Clients with co-occurring mental health conditions can see licensed therapists, receive medication management, and join groups on anxiety, depression, and trauma. Teens ages 13 to 17 can enroll without parental consent in outpatient care or a 10-week adolescent IOP that blends telehealth with in-person sessions and draws on the Matrix Model, the Mind Matters curriculum, CBT, motivational interviewing, and contingency management, with family therapy and parenting skills training available alongside. A separate perinatal program gives pregnant women and mothers of young children their own outpatient track with optional childcare and transportation, while criminal justice services support people with DUIs, drug court involvement, or open CPS cases.
