Delta Care Inc is an outpatient alcohol and drug treatment program in Fresno, California, founded in 2007 to serve adults and families. They take a holistic, family-centered approach, working with men, women, and their children to understand the paths that led to substance use and to build a future grounded in recovery. Their services include drug and alcohol education, more intensive outpatient treatment, and relapse prevention, with classes held Monday through Friday and on Saturdays by appointment. They accept Medi-Cal and private insurance, offer low-cost care on a sliding fee scale for people without coverage, and do not deny services based on ability to pay.

Counseling happens in both individual and group sessions and draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed treatment, and psychoeducation, with practical work on spotting triggers, refusing drugs, and preventing relapse. Programming also addresses anger management, conflict resolution, communication, parenting, domestic violence identification, and HIV/AIDS, STD, and safe sex education. Clients can get help with job searches, resume building, and soft skills, along with family-focused workshops, self-esteem building, and recreational activities. Delta Care partners with CPS, probation, schools, and churches, which makes them a practical fit for people referred through child welfare or the courts.
