About Crossroads
Crossroads is a long-running substance use disorder treatment provider with several campuses across the greater Phoenix area, including the East Valley, and serves men, women, and veterans. Founded in 1960 by local citizens who wanted to help people overcome addiction and licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, they focus on keeping care affordable and accept AHCCCS, SUBG funding, and commercial insurance. Their services span residential treatment, intensive outpatient and standard outpatient programs, and aftercare, with admissions staff helping callers sort out eligibility and detox options before entry.
The Right Track Residential Program is built around a steady daily structure that combines evidence-based care, accountability, and peer connection, and many staff members are in recovery themselves. At Crossroads at Pure Heart, the IOP and OP tracks use a holistic approach that emphasizes relapse prevention, trauma, and overall wellness to help clients rebuild confidence. Their outpatient and aftercare programs are open to people who never attended Crossroads, giving anyone stepping down from treatment a source of ongoing support and skill building. Families can join a support group, and Crossroads at Pure Heart, the Aftercare Program, and the Chandler campus hold Joint Commission accreditation.
