About Cooperative Care Partnership Inc
Cooperative Care Partnership, Inc. is a licensed, community-based provider of outpatient mental health and substance use services for adults 18 and older in Rio Grande, in New Jersey’s Cape May County. They treat alcohol use disorder and addiction to opioids, prescription drugs, and other substances, along with co-occurring anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Care is offered at two levels: standard outpatient therapy of one to two sessions a week, and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for people who need more structure but not round-the-clock treatment. Their approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, and they place real weight on a steady relationship between each client and a consistent clinician.
The IOP meets three to five days a week for three hours a day, with morning, afternoon, and evening groups, so it can fit around work or family. It combines group therapy, individual counseling, education, and relapse prevention, and both the IOP and outpatient therapy are available in person or by telehealth anywhere in New Jersey. Clinicians draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, and they offer dual-diagnosis care, psychiatric evaluation with medication management, and coordination of medication-assisted treatment when it is needed. Clients can move between outpatient and IOP as their needs change, progress is tracked through regular check-ins and outcome measures, families can receive education and support, and most major insurance plans are accepted.
