Community Health Associates is a community health organization in Yuma, Arizona, offering outpatient mental health, addiction, and primary care services across Southern Arizona. Doreen M. Lewis founded them in 2004 to make care reachable for people who are uninsured, underinsured, or otherwise underserved. Addiction is their behavioral health specialty, and they also treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
