About Coastal Detox Inc

Coastal Detox is a licensed and accredited medical detox and addiction treatment center in Stuart, on Florida’s Treasure Coast. They pair medically supervised withdrawal management, including medication-assisted treatment, with holistic therapies to make detox from alcohol, opioids, fentanyl, heroin, benzodiazepines, stimulants, and other substances safer and more comfortable. After detox, clients can move into a short inpatient residential stay of up to about 14 days, followed by a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Support for co-occurring anxiety, depression, and PTSD is part of their care.

Each stay begins with a full medical, substance use, and mental health assessment, and doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, and behavioral health technicians provide around-the-clock coverage during inpatient care. The four-week PHP meets about five hours a day, five days a week, while the IOP runs four to six weeks, at least three days a week for three hours. Across both outpatient levels, clients take part in individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, life skills work, relapse prevention, and family education, with weekly drug screens, psychiatric check-ins, and transportation for local IOP clients. They also offer massage, chiropractic care, amino acid therapy, yoga, and on-site AA and NA meetings, along with a small executive wing of four private suites where professionals can keep their phone and laptop and receive one-on-one therapy in their room.
