Coastal Community Behavioral Health (CCBH) is an outpatient substance use disorder clinic in Saint Marys, Georgia, just off I-95 near the Florida line. They serve southeast coastal Georgia, including Kingsland, Folkston, and Brunswick, as well as Jacksonville and Nassau County in Florida. Their focus is the medical treatment of opioid addiction, pairing FDA-approved medications with counseling in an evidence-based, harm-reduction approach meant to support long-term recovery. Care is delivered on an outpatient basis, and they also offer telehealth appointments with their providers.

Medication-assisted treatment is central to the program, with options including methadone, Suboxone, and other buprenorphine products, as well as Vivitrol (naltrexone). A physician board certified in Addiction Medicine oversees every patient’s care, and diagnostic testing helps the medical team understand each person’s addiction alongside any related health concerns. Patients work with licensed clinicians in individual counseling and group therapy, and each person builds a written treatment plan with their counselor that sets out goals, strategies, and a timeline. Case managers coordinate additional support and connect patients with community partners for mental health care, primary care, housing, job placement, food assistance, and veterans services.
