About Circles of Hope Psychotherapy and
Circles of Hope Psychotherapy serves families in the Washington, DC area as a community-based behavioral health provider. Much of their work centers on children, teens, and parents, with intensive in-home services, family support, and court-related supervised visitation. For substance use, they offer alcohol and other drug evaluations and a virtual outpatient program for people struggling with alcohol or drugs. The outpatient program also serves people facing a DUI, DWI, possession, or assault charge.
Their substance use program runs as ongoing weekly virtual classes that combine group and individual counseling with education. Evaluations produce a nine-page written report within two to three business days and cost $900, with a follow-up session to review the findings. Emergency evaluations are available within 24 hours for a higher fee. Beyond addiction care, they use Motivational Interviewing, Functional Family Therapy for youth ages 11 to 18, and Applied Behavior Analysis, and they also offer a 12-hour anger management course, Saturday teen workshops, therapeutic mentoring, and independent living skills training for adolescents.
