About Circle Health Services

Circle Health Services is a community health center in Cleveland, Ohio, operated by The Centers, a nonprofit that has served Northeast Ohio for more than a century. They bring primary care, behavioral health, and substance use services together under one roof, with a judgment-free approach meant to reduce the stigma around addiction and infectious disease. For people struggling with substance use, their main offering is walk-in medication for addiction treatment (WinMAT), an outpatient option that lets new patients start care on weekdays without a prior appointment.

Alongside medication treatment, they run an Overdose and Infectious Disease Prevention program with HIV testing, infectious disease management including hepatitis C care, a single-use supplies program, and health access vending machines. These prevention services are free and confidential and require no insurance or identification. Patients can also use dental care, primary care, mental health services, and an in-house pharmacy, which makes it easier to address addiction alongside other health needs in one place. No one is turned away for inability to pay; they accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance and offer a sliding fee scale based on income.
