Cedar Creek Integrated Health is a community behavioral health provider with clinics in St. Ignatius, Libby, and Missoula, Montana, offering mental health care, substance use disorder treatment, and psychiatric medication services under one roof. They see patients as partners in their care and look at recovery through a whole-person lens that includes emotions, behaviors, relationships, environment, and physical and spiritual health. Their addiction services include outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, and following their merger with Recovery Centers of Montana, they have added inpatient care at the 3.3 level for women and the 3.5 level for both men and women. They serve everyone regardless of ability to pay and offer sliding-scale discounts based on family size and income.

Substance use treatment combines individual and group counseling, while their outpatient mental health program offers individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and families. A board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner provides evaluations and medication management, coordinating with past providers and primary care. Certified peer support specialists with lived experience of addiction or mental illness work alongside clinicians, and case managers help with needs assessments, service planning, and transitions out of other levels of care. They also run Prime for Life and Montana’s required ACT program for people with DUI or related drug and alcohol offenses, community-based psychiatric rehabilitation focused on daily living and work skills, and a drop-in center where people can connect with help for addiction, mental health, housing, and food insecurity.
