About Catholic Community Services
Catholic Community Services runs the CReW (Counseling, Recovery and Wellness) Program in Seattle, a licensed outpatient program for adults living with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or both. Part of the King County Integrated Care Network, they take a low-barrier, person-centered approach that lets clients set their own goals and move forward at a pace that feels right to them. Care is available in person at offices around King County and through telehealth. To enroll, clients must be 18 or older, live in Washington State, have active Medicaid coverage, and have a mental health or substance use diagnosis.
Services start with mental health and substance use assessments, followed by individual counseling and group therapy. Psychiatric providers can prescribe and monitor medications, and case managers connect clients with primary care, supported employment, housing, and other community resources. The care team includes substance use disorder professionals, certified peer counselors, registered nurses, and care coordinators, and after-hours crisis support is available. Their homeless outreach team works in South King County and with families in shelters, focusing on people with frequent hospitalizations or jail stays and linking them to housing, health care, benefits, and inpatient addiction treatment.
