About Brightli

Brightli in Reeds Spring, Missouri, is part of the network behind Burrell Behavioral Health, a community mental health center that serves more than 40,000 clients across 18 Missouri counties. Their addiction recovery services are open to youth and adults in southwest and central Missouri. Care is built around each person’s needs and can address substance use and mental health together. Services include general outpatient treatment, social setting detox with medically supervised withdrawal management guided by ASAM criteria, and medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. They accept most insurance and offer discounted fees and financial assistance to those who qualify.

For opioid use disorder, they follow a Medication First model, starting medication early and pairing it with psychosocial treatment to keep people engaged and lower overdose risk. Counseling includes individual therapy for adults, group therapy for learning alongside peers, and therapy for children as young as three, with family therapy when it helps. A multidisciplinary team coordinates care for clients using more than one service, so therapy, life skills training, and recovery support work together. They also offer supported residential housing for adults with serious and persistent mental illness and residential care for youth who can’t be treated at home.
