About Bridge Counseling Associates

Bridge Counseling Associates is a nonprofit behavioral health agency in Las Vegas, Nevada, founded in 1971 and among the oldest providers of individual and family counseling in Southern Nevada. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, they treat substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders for adults, adolescents, and families. Their substance use care is outpatient, ranging from standard group counseling to an intensive outpatient program, and they also offer statewide telehealth. They never turn anyone away for inability to pay, and licensed crisis-trained therapists are available around the clock, including weekends and holidays.

Care typically begins with a comprehensive evaluation, followed by group work alongside individual, couples, and family therapy. They run dedicated adolescent programs and give priority access to pregnant women. Because their team includes dual-licensed clinicians, an on-site psychiatrist, and a psychiatric nurse practitioner, addiction and mental health needs can be addressed in one place. They also serve people involved with the justice system through psychoeducational groups, case management, a DUI moderate offender program, Felony DUI Court, and programs for U.S. Probation and the Bureau of Prisons, while parenting groups and child therapy support the wider family.
