For opioid and alcohol use disorders, a team made up of an RN care manager, an SUD counselor, and a peer mentor provides buprenorphine, Sublocade, naltrexone, and Vivitrol and aims to see new patients within 72 hours, and their MOMS program offers stigma-free support and fast-tracked treatment for pregnant and postpartum women.
