About Aspire365
Aspire365 is a virtual and in-home treatment program based in New Haven, Connecticut, for people ages 12 and older living with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or both. They were developed over several years with the Yale University School of Medicine and Progeny Psychiatric Group. They treat addiction as a chronic condition, caring for the whole person and their environment so clients can keep up with work, school, family, and finances during treatment. Their intensive outpatient programs cover substance use, mental health, and DBT art therapy, and they treat alcohol, opioid, cannabis, cocaine, stimulant, sedative, hallucinogen, and inhalant use disorders alongside co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders.
Each client works one-on-one with a six-member team that includes a psychiatrist, a nurse, an individual therapist, a family therapist, a life coach or peer recovery specialist, and a case manager, with step-down support as progress allows. Therapy draws on CBT, trauma-focused CBT, DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, ACT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and motivational interviewing, and medication-assisted treatment and DBT skills groups are also available. They have clinicians who specialize in first responders, military members, and union workers, and sessions run mornings, evenings, and weekends with no waitlist. Optional extras include a dietitian, sleep and nutrition support, yoga and meditation, fitness coaching, and parenting workshops, plus annual mental health checkups to catch concerns early.
