Clients who need medical detox or inpatient care are connected with partner hospitals and detox facilities after an initial assessment.

The IOP meets three times a week for three-hour group sessions, with day and evening options, plus a weekly one-hour session with a master’s-level therapist, totaling about 10 hours a week over an average of eight weeks. Groups typically include 8 to 12 people and draw on DBT, CBT, experiential work, 12-step concepts, relapse prevention, and life skills, while EMDR is available for those working through trauma. Families are brought directly into treatment through family therapy, and the program also includes randomized drug testing and aftercare planning. They welcome clients on medication-assisted treatment by coordinating with outside prescribers, and they offer integrated dual diagnosis care for people facing depression, anxiety, or trauma alongside addiction.
