About Arise Recovery and Behavioral Health

Arise Recovery and Behavioral Health is a CARF-accredited addiction and mental health treatment center in Peachtree City, Georgia, serving adults in the Atlanta area. They treat substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions together, with attention to trauma and emotional distress as underlying drivers of drinking and drug use. Their care runs from a partial hospitalization program (six hours a day, five days a week) to intensive outpatient (three hours a day, three or five days a week) and as-needed outpatient counseling and psychiatric services. They also offer telehealth, long-term recovery monitoring, and sober living for people who need structure after treatment.

Clinical work combines individual and group therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-informed care, the Matrix Model, 12-Step Dual Recovery, family systems work, and experiential activities. Psychiatric care, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment support clients with co-occurring disorders, while outpatient services include marriage and family counseling and aftercare groups. Families can join support groups, workshops, and webinars aimed at those affected by a loved one’s substance use or mental health struggles. Clients can live in a family-style sober living home and, after six months, move into independent living, where they keep working, attending meetings, and working with a sponsor; many staff members are in recovery themselves.
