About Anza Wellness

Anza Wellness is an integrated health provider in Goodyear, Arizona, that pairs behavioral health and addiction treatment with primary medical care, guided by a recovery model that treats physical and mental health as connected. They work with people facing substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring mental health and substance use issues. Care is offered through an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a partial hospitalization program (PHP), with five days of programming per week shaped around each client’s symptoms, functioning, and goals. Through local partnerships, eligible clients who are homeless or facing financial hardship may be able to get temporary housing while they attend.

Licensed clinicians lead individual, group, and family counseling, and treatment plans focus on relapse prevention, life skills coaching, communication skills, mindfulness, and rebuilding relationships with loved ones. Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are available on site and coordinated with primary care, which can help anyone whose physical health affects their mood or recovery. Individual, couples, family, and group therapy can also be done by secure video or phone. For people with legal requirements, they are an MVD-contracted provider of DUI screening and education, with programs running from 8 to 56 hours, and they also offer misdemeanor domestic violence classes and case management. They accept referrals from courts, probation, detox centers, and other providers.
