About Aliviane Inc

Aliviane is a nonprofit behavioral health organization in El Paso, Texas, offering substance use disorder and mental health services across West Texas through prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery support. They serve youth, men, women, and families, and their treatment programs address substance use alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Levels of care include a residential treatment center for adult men, women, and women with children, an adult outpatient clinic, an opioid treatment clinic, and a youth and family outpatient clinic.

The adult outpatient clinic combines individual therapy with group psychoeducation, holds evening and Saturday hours, and has a playroom so parents can bring their children to sessions. Adults diagnosed with opioid use disorder can receive supervised FDA-approved medication along with individual or group counseling at the opioid clinic, while the youth and family clinic provides counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families. After treatment, they offer peer-based recovery support services, a youth recovery and resource center, and virtual peer support groups. The outpatient program is CARF-accredited and state-licensed, accepts Medicaid, private insurance, and self-pay, and may be free through state-funded programs for eligible Texas residents 18 and older.
