Addictions Care Center of Albany (ACCA) is a private, nonprofit substance use treatment provider based in Albany, New York, serving Albany, Rensselaer, and Warren Counties since 1967. Licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports, they offer residential care, outpatient clinics, and prevention education, with outpatient services delivered through a person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approach. Their residential programs are staffed around the clock and serve men, women, and women with children. Clients move through stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration phases that build toward a return to work, school, and family life.

Outpatient options include an intensive outpatient program built around work and family schedules and an evening outpatient program, both offering individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, co-dependency counseling, and addiction education. Medication-assisted treatment with Vivitrol and Suboxone is available, along with DMV and impaired-driver referrals. Adolescents receive weekly individual sessions, twice-weekly groups, and a multi-family group that teens and their families attend together. ACCA also runs Reilly House, a 12-bedroom transitional home for men in later recovery, provides counseling and MAT inside county jails, and offers certified peer advocates with lived experience, with priority admission for pregnant women, people who inject drugs, those involved in the justice system, and parents at risk of losing custody.
