Adapt Integrated Healthcare is a long-standing Oregon nonprofit health provider whose North Bend clinic serves Coos County as an opioid treatment program, offering medication-assisted treatment for people struggling with opioid use disorder. With more than 50 years of experience in primary care, behavioral health, and prevention, they treat addiction as a medical condition, pairing proven medications with counseling and recovery support. Beyond North Bend, the organization runs an 11-bed medically managed detox unit and The Crossroads, an adult residential program in Roseburg that has operated since 1982. For those needing a higher level of care, the Roseburg residential program treats co-occurring disorders, chronic pain, and tobacco dependence, with 24/7 nursing, family programming, and transportation to appointments on a smoke-free campus.
