About Adanta Group

The Adanta Group is a community mental health center serving Campbellsville and nine other counties across south-central Kentucky, offering mental health, substance use, and intellectual and developmental disability services through a network of outpatient clinics. They began in Pulaski County in the 1960s and are one of 14 community mental health centers in the state, working from a person-centered, recovery-focused approach for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Substance use care spans outpatient treatment, a 28-day residential-style program for men called Anchored in Recovery, crisis services, and specialized tracks for people involved with the courts. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and self-pay.

Anchored in Recovery serves men with substance use concerns, including those who also have mental health needs, and is staffed by therapists, medical providers, peer supports, and residential associates. Peer support specialists with their own recovery experience help clients set and reach personal goals and build healthier social networks, while targeted case management at the Adair and Pulaski clinics connects people to medical, social, and educational resources. The KY Moms program links pregnant women to care and follows mother and baby for up to six months after delivery. As a certified Kentucky DUI program, they also provide assessments, individual and group therapy, and the Prime for Life education course, along with treatment tied to drug court, the Department of Corrections, and federal probation.
