ACT Counseling and Education is a private counseling practice in Phoenix, Arizona, offering outpatient help for drug and alcohol addiction as well as problem and compulsive gambling. Founder Bobbe McGinley, a licensed addiction counselor who began her career at the Hazelden Foundation in 1988, sees clients by appointment in both individual and group settings.
