Acceptance Treatment is a state-licensed drug and alcohol rehab in Springdale, serving the Northwest Arkansas community with care for both addiction and mental health. Their team is from the area, and they emphasize meeting each person where they are, beginning with a thorough medical evaluation before building an individualized plan. Alongside substance use disorders, they treat co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and personality disorders, and they also work with eating disorders. Their full continuum includes medically supervised detox with medication-assisted treatment, residential care, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, and aftercare with alumni support.

Therapy draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, with psychiatric medication management available for those who need it. Residential stays typically last 30 to 90 days in a rural setting and include daily therapy, skills workshops, and holistic activities like art therapy. The partial hospitalization program offers more than 20 hours of therapy a week, while IOP provides 12 or more hours with morning or evening scheduling, and both PHP and outpatient sessions can be attended in person or virtually. Couples can go through treatment together, families are brought in through counseling and education, and clients are introduced to several support paths, including AA/NA, SMART Recovery, Emotions Anonymous, and Celebrate Recovery. Clinical operations are overseen by co-owner Charlene Fields, who is licensed as both a professional counselor and an alcohol and drug abuse counselor.
