Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center, located in Ball Ground, Georgia, is a sub-acute detox and intensive residential substance use disorder program. An average program lasts 35 to 45 days. We treat men and women over the age of 18 and recognize everyone’s uniqueness, treating each patient with the necessary individualized care. We combine the latest cutting-edge technology with holistic therapies to heal our patients.

Our residential treatment program follows a 12-step model, including early morning meditations, group and individual therapy, lectures, spirituality groups, and relapse prevention. We also offer art programming, reality-based therapy, role playing, and nutritional counseling. We also include care for co-occurring disorders, such as bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, PTSD and anxiety. Our drug and alcohol detox programs include 24-hour and 7 day-a-week supervision by our medical staff to ensure guidance in recovery.

After patients are discharged, we continue to monitor them, offering a unique relapse program called “The Expedition.” This program helps patients who experience relapses after recovery, uncovering truths for their relapses. We give patients plans for success and encourage family participation helping patients achieve transformation.
