About Aftermath Addiction Treatment Center
Aftermath Addiction Treatment Center is conveniently located just north of Boston, off Route I95, in Lakeview Office Park, overlooking the scenic Quannapowitt Lake in the beautiful town of Wakefield, Mass. Our program has three different levels of treatment to provide support through our continuum of care: Day treatment/Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Outpatient Program. Our Mission here at Aftermath is to provide a safe and a supportive environment for those seeking help in their journey to recovery. Our goal is to offer the type of treatment that puts our clients in the best possible position to succeed, providing clinical groups and individual therapy, learned experience with education on life skills with recovery based practices in order for them to implement those tools in their everyday life with the primary purpose of building a better life by sustaining their own recovery.
Our staff members have personal, educational, and professional experience treating individuals with substance use disorders and mental health challenges. We understand that placing trust in people to care for yourself or your loved ones can be challenging. It is important to know that our staff at Aftermath hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, our team is willing to go to any-and-all lengths to see our clients succeed in recovery. In our experience, there is no one pathway of treatment that leads to recovery because of this, we offer many unique approaches for our clients to utilize. We understand that each client will be in a different stage of their recovery at the time they receive treatment, therefore it is important that we meet the client where they are at, we also believe that it is imperative to include the client’s thoughts, opinions, and experiences in their treatment planning. It is not THEIR treatment plan or MY treatment plan; it is OUR treatment plan
